*The exception to this rule is California’s cannabis excise tax, which is applied and collected by distributors. It is built into the initial markup price for all products sold. The excise tax cannot be separated from the product price and accordingly, it is included in the ARP and reported sales for California RST and Rapid RST. This exception is exclusive to the state of California.
