Scheduled data exports allow GreenEdge users to share reports and insights with your stakeholders and team members right to their email on regular cadence.
Tips for Success:
- The emails you set up for Scheduled Exports do not have to be current GreenEdge users. You may set a scheduled export for anyone with your account email domain. Reach out to your account manager if you have more than one email domain for your company that is not captured in your account.
- For optimal email delivery, we recommend scheduling exports off the hour mark. For example, instead of scheduling for 9:00am consider 8:55 or 9:05.
-
Regularly review and update your bookmarks to keep your exports relevant.
-
Consider setting up different exports for different teams to streamline information sharing. This is particularly relevant if your team is divided by territories, which can be saved and shared across your account.
