      Custom Extracts

      Overview 

      The Custom Extracts Dashboard allows users to build tailored datasets by selecting desired metrics, product attributes, and granularity options. This tool provides a customizable data table for in-depth analysis, supporting strategic decision-making across products, brands, and territories. 

       

      Key Features 

      • Customizable Data Table: 
        • Build a custom extract by selecting: 
          • Metrics: Total Retail Sales, Total Pack Units, Pack ARP, EQ Units, etc. 
          • Attributes: Category, State, Channel, Brand, Product, THC/CBD Ranges, Pack Size, and more. 
          • Time Period: Filter data by month or other selected timeframes. 
      • Flexible Row Selection: 
        • Choose the granularity of the data by including up to four row selections such as: 
          • Category Levels (e.g., Level 1, Level 2) 
          • State 
          • Month 
          • Brand/Brand House 
      • Metric Options: 
        • Include any of the following metrics: 
          • Total Retail Sales: Aggregate sales revenue for selected products. 
          • Total Pack Units: Total units sold for selected products. 
          • Pack ARP: Average Retail Price per pack. 
          • EQ Units: Equivalent units for volume normalization. 
      • Geographic and Product Filters: 
        • States & Regions: Select regions or specific territories. 
        • Product Attributes: Filter by: 
          • Pack Size 
          • Total Item Weight 
          • Strain 
          • Cannabinoid Mix 
          • THC/CBD Ranges 
        • Brand & Channel: Focus on specific brands or sales channels. 

       

      Insights 

      • Granular Data Analysis: Build tailored reports to analyze product, brand, and geographic performance at the most detailed levels. 
      • Sales and Pricing Trends: Monitor key performance indicators like Pack ARP, Total Sales, and Units Sold across time periods. 
      • Category and Attribute Insights: Evaluate product performance by Category Levels and attributes like Cannabinoid Mix and Strain. 
      • Geographic Analysis: Assess sales and pricing performance across states, counties, and territories. 

       

      Pro Tips 

      • Select 4 attributes for rows to maintain granularity while avoiding performance issues. 
      • Use Pack ARP alongside Units Sold to identify high-performing price points. 
      • Combine Category Filters and THC/CBD Ranges for detailed product-level insights.
