THC Potency Measurement for Inhaleables

How THC potency is tracked for different batches

BDSA began tracking THC potency for inhaleable product starting April 1st, 2026. This opens up the possibilities to parse out pricing and performance for different potency levels within a category.

To account for potency across different batches, THC potency is not tied to a single SKU, but rather measured by SKU by store by day based on menu listings. This means that a single SKU may have multiple potencies tied to it on different days and in different stores, so the value returned at any level higher than date and store would be an average of those potencies.
