Calculate lost sales to prioritize product restocking in stores.

Step 1: Access Out-of-Stock Analysis 0:00

Navigate to the sales enablement dashboard.

Review the product-level data to determine the stock status of each product (in-stock, out-of-stock, partially stocked).

Review the list of stores ordered by missed daily sales to identify top priorities for restocking.

Open the Lost Farm report to see details of out-of-stock products.

Check the average daily sales for the last 28 days for each out-of-stock product.

Note how many days each product has been out of stock (up to 14 days).

Use the average daily sales and days out of stock to calculate total missed sales for each store.

Determine which store should be prioritized for restocking based on total missed sales.
